Why all (mostly) Hindi Indian television shows are coping english shows(other shows)?

sach ka saamna copy of The Moment of Truth
Big Boss Copy of Big Brother
Indian Idol copy of American Idol
KBC copy of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?
And almost all reality shows and Game shows are copy from somewhere else...? isn't mean that Our Indian TV show makers have simply no creativity?

Not only India is copying shows from USA or UK. Even countries like Germany or Italy are copying actually every country are doing shows like this. Channels like Colors and Star One are doing this to get higher TRP ratings and this is perfectly fine and we are not the only country so we should not be embarrassed. And channels like STAR PLUS are doing a great job by not copying other english shows and still being so entertaining with their shows like ZARA NACHKE DIKHA. II hope i could help do not be worry every country is doing this like germany, italy, china , japan ,spain......

good question, and i think the TV makers should assure their programs can make money first, then they have the confidence to run them. just for the money.
